$10 Standard: 3-5working days after dispatch

International Shipping
We ship internationally!
$20 Standard: 6-10 business days + processing time
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges, refunds or store gift cards if the item is damaged, faulty or just not right! This must be done within 7 days of receiving your item. All requests regarding refunds and exchanges need to be emailed to hello@gracieray.com.au. We will be unable to accept any items returned to us if you have not emailed to request so first.
Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned for an exchange or refund unless faulty.
Only exchanges can be offered for items purchased with gift cards.
